When you place an order, we will require your name, address, Email address, credit / debit card number, card expiry date, security code, security password (where applicable). Without this information we will not be able to process your order or notify you of acceptance of your order.

A contact telephone number is also required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you advise us otherwise pass this information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

Security of Your Information
Our site uses secure server software and hardware to protect your information whenever you place an order or access your account information. This software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us to minimise the risk of this being intercepted before it is received by us. A Contract between the customer and Textiles Direct Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched, plus postage where appropriate). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Transfer
You may not transfer your rights and/or delegate your duties under these Terms and Conditions to any other person.

Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products. To do so you must give us written notice (including email) within that 7 day period. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days All cancelled items must be returned to us in the manner set out below and which must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Textiles Direct Ltd, accept no liability for any costs incurred for the return of goods, unless in the opinion of Textiles Direct Ltd the goods are deemed faulty.

The images we use are shot from the products that they represent, but due to lighting effects and the quality of individual monitors we cannot guarantee the colours will be a true likeness and cannot accept any liability for this.”

UK Delivery Charges

Please note we currently only have the facility to ship products to UK addresses.

Normal Delivery times are 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm) However we do where possible attempt to dispatch goods Next Day

Please Note. In the event that our couriers are unable to deliver your goods due to there being no one available at the delivery address stated on your order. A card will be left indicating that a second attempt will be made the following day (assuming that it is within the normal delivery days Monday to Friday). If our couriers are unable to deliver a second time, a second card will be left. At this point, the goods are held by the courier for 5 working days before being returned to us and a new delivery charge (at the current rate) will be charged for any further delivery. This charge also applies to change of address details after we have shipped the goods.

Delivery charges are not refundable in the event that no one was available to accept the delivery.

Our couriers will require a signature before leaving goods.

Return a Product

Making Returns

Please email or write to us stating your intent to return items quoting your order reference number. info@tdtextiles.co.uk

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. You may return products personally by going to one of our stores; this will not attract any charge.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

At Textiles Direct Ltd we aim to give an immaculate service. Obviously this extends to instances where, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.

• If you are not happy with your Textiles Direct Ltd goods please return them to us within 7 days of receipt, please email or write to us stating your intent to return items quoting your order reference number.
• We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
• We strongly recommend you obtain proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
• We can only refund the costs of postage (to a maximum of £5.95) where the item returned is deemed faulty by Textiles Direct Ltd.

Important

• If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.
• If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required.
• All items that are exchanged will attract a new delivery charge at the current rate.
• Only replacement Items deemed faulty by Textiles Direct Ltd will be sent to you free of P&P charges.

Methods of Payment

We accept online payment in a secure environment by Credit / Debit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, and Switch. All transactions are in pounds sterling (£).

We also accept payment by personal cheque. If paying by cheque, goods will not be despatched until payment has been cleared. Cheques should be made payable to "Textiles Direct Holdings Ltd". Please ensure your Order Ref and address is written on the rear of your cheque.
